my last stop in the province KZN, Kwa Zulu Natal was Durban. My hotel in Durban was at north beach. I checked in to the hotel, got a very big and nice room with a living room and big TV. Then I went with the guide Nic to do Durban city tour. We passed the North Beach, Blue Lagoon to the iconic of the city, Moses Mabhida Stadium. Then we went to Durban Botanical Garden, where many newly wed couples were taking pictures. We saw the orchids collection then we passed night life area to Victoria matket or Indian market. After that we continued to pass the city hall, post office and old train station. From there we passed the uShaka Marine world to the Sugar factory at the harbour.
It is an interesting city with different cross culture but I also realized it is not a city for a single woman traveler. So I spent the whole evening, enjoying my beautiful room with ostrich steak from the room service. I didn’t even dare to go to the beach in front of the hotel as the guide not recommended to walk alone there. It felt strange like feeling prisoned but it was for my own sake.
